Co-payments and payment for services not covered by your insurance, such as deductibles, will be due at your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards except for American Express and Discover. No checks are accepted. Remaining balances will be billed to you.

If you make an office visit appointment and cancel it less than 24 hours from your appointment or fail to show for your appointment without any notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
For endoscopy procedure appointments, cancellation at least 72 hours in advance is required. If you do not show up to your endoscopy procedure appointment, you may be charged a no-show fee of $100.
